Surya Namaskar with Darshan Joshi

This group is now moving to the next stage of Surya Namaskar. Past more than a month's practice is now making us comfortably to do 12 namaskars with the required speed and with a lot better breathing exercises. Different members call out the open and closing shloka in Sanskrit. The Surya/Sun's name in Sanskrit is also called out at the start of each iteration.
