How Naturopathy helps

Our body expels toxins / morbid matter by four ways naturally

  1. Breathing

  2. Sweating

  3. Urination

  4. Defecation

When these natural processes are obstructed for any reason, our body tries to expel our toxins through mouth known as vomiting.

The essential organs involved in the process of elimination are lungs, nose, skin, kidney, stomach, liver, and intestines.

In palliative care first, we examine the whole body, pain area, or accumulation of morbid matter. Let us understand another theory of 5 natural elements. Our body is made up of 5 natural elements of nature. - air, earth, water, fire, and space. All of these elements are provided in an appropriate proportion in the body initially.

In naturopathy, first, we find out the deficiency of natural element then we implement that element from nature therapeutically in the form of various techniques like,

IN CASE OF AIR ELEMENT

We use a definite set of breathing patterns in the fresh air.

IN CASE OF EARTH ELEMENT

We use direct application of mud on the stomach, spine, eyes, knees, forehead, whole body, etc.

IN CASE OF FIRE ELEMENT

We use different colour having a different wavelength from sunlight on effected area called sunbeam therapy or colour therapy.

IN CASE OF SPACE ELEMENT

We use fasting as therapy and get satisfactory results by increasing gut health.

IN CASE OF WATER ELEMENT (Hydrotherapy)

We use water at a different temperature at different body parts so that toxins eliminate from the body parts. For example, hot foot bath for relieving headache, migraine, frozen shoulder, asthma, cold and cough, foot pain etc.

Hip bath for relieving toxins from the abdominal area.

Spinal bath tones nervous system and removes toxins from the spine

Full-body immersion bath helps in removal of swelling, pain and rheumatoid arthritis.

Steam bath helps in the removal of any kind of skin diseases or obesity.
