Ruchika’s exploration into Yoga started 19 years ago and for many years, she practiced out of curiosity. Over time though her relationship with the practice deepened and she began to share her Yoga learnings. Currently, she is balancing between her job, a full-time motherhood, and being a yoga teacher and practitioner. Her credentials include: •200 Hr Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher from Registered Yoga-Alliance School. •Yin Yoga Post Graduate Teacher Training with Sarah Manning •Teacher's Training in Kundalini Yoga from MMY •Teacher's Training Certificate in Hatha Yoga and Pranayama from BYC, India •Foundation Course in Raja Yoga Meditation She has varied experience teaching students with different backgrounds and practice levels. She has taught group and private classes with some of the most prominent studios in South East Asia. Precision, intention, inquiry, endurance, power, and joy would be the words that could frame what she tries to practice and teach. Her classes are an eclectic and fun mix of traditional and modern styles of Yoga which is very much a testament to her own curiosity as a student. She believes that a mindful and disciplined practice not only heals you in body and mind but also makes you a better person, on and off the mat.
